Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and bid them farewell upon departure from the hotel.
- Assist guests with their luggage and safely transport items to their room in a professional manner.
- Support the front desk staff and bell captain by assisting with check-in procedures and responding promptly to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bell desk at all times.
- Perform various hotel services as assigned, including delivering mail and food to guest rooms, handling laundry service, ensuring cleanliness in public areas, and assisting with luggage storage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in hospitality as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service role.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing over 25 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
